PRIVACY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LOPD”) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing the LOPD (hereinafter, “RDLOPD”), Gestiones Internaciones Revert S.L. (hereinafter, “JOENFA S.L.”) wishes to inform the website user of its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of those persons who voluntarily communicate with JOENFA S.L. by email, complete data-collection forms, make an online purchase, or use any other service present on the website that entails the communication of their personal data to JOENFA S.L..
JOENFA S.L. informs the website user that this privacy policy contains all aspects relating to the processing of personal data that JOENFA S.L. carries out as the data controller through the website. If the user – after reading this document – continues to use the services, they shall be expressing their express acceptance of this privacy policy and processing of personal data. Otherwise, the user must leave the website.
Likewise, the user is informed that these terms shall apply on a subsidiary basis to any others which, on the same subject matter, are established on a special basis and communicated to the user, without limitation, through registration forms, contracting terms, or the terms of particular services, with the present policies remaining complementary to the foregoing in anything that does not contradict them.
The user is informed that any processing of personal data shall fall within the scope of the legislation in force in Spain on data protection established by the LOPD and its complementary and implementing regulations.
For these purposes, “personal data” shall be understood as any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons who, in the latter case, are unequivocally identified as the data subjects; and “user” shall be understood as any identified or identifiable natural person who uses an information-society service made available to them on this site and, through it, communicates their personal data to JOENFA S.L., such as – without this list being limitative – email, the completion of data-collection forms, the making of an online purchase, or others.
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE CORPORATE NAME OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
JOENFA S.L. informs the website user of the existence of various processing operations and files of personal data whose controller is Gestiones Internaciones Revert S.L. (hereinafter, “JOENFA S.L.”), where the personal data derived from the operation of this website, or which the user communicates to JOENFA S.L. by any means, are collected and stored.
2. PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE PERSONAL DATA ARE INTENDED
The user who accesses the JOENFA S.L. website is not obliged to provide personal information in order to use the site; therefore, any communication of data for such purposes shall be because the user has voluntarily decided to browse or use the services in a personalised way.

In this regard, in particular and without limitation, should the user be interested in accessing particular services conditional upon prior registration, they must complete the personal-data request forms or those other means for the user to sign up to the particular services offered in each case through the website. Without prejudice to the provisions of these terms, in the aforementioned cases the data-processing terms established and communicated to the user by JOENFA S.L. in each case through the registration forms, online-purchase terms, and/or the terms of particular services shall apply on a preferential basis, with the present policies remaining complementary and applicable on a subsidiary basis to the foregoing in anything that does not contradict them.
JOENFA S.L. generally does not request specially protected data from the user, these being understood, in accordance with articles 7 and 8 of the LOPD, as data relating to race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal records, physical or mental health, or sexual orientation. Should the processing of any of the aforementioned personal data be required and necessary, JOENFA S.L. will request the user’s express consent to collect and use that information, informing them in advance, unequivocally, and expressly of the purpose of the collection and processing of that information.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the communication by the user of this type of data to JOENFA S.L. constitutes an express expression of their will for the processing of such data by JOENFA S.L. in accordance with the legitimate purposes that motivate that communication.
3. INFORMATION AND CONSENT
Where the user does not maintain any legal relationship with JOENFA S.L., they must bear in mind and are informed that the sending of an email to JOENFA S.L. – to the email addresses published in the “Contact” section – as well as the communication by the user to JOENFA S.L. of any other personal data by any means, entails or implies the giving of their free, unequivocal, specific, informed, and express consent to the processing of their personal data by JOENFA S.L..
In general, the processing of users’ personal data may be carried out – without limitation and by way of example – for the following purposes:
– Should the user contact JOENFA S.L. to make enquiries or request information, such data processing shall be carried out for the purpose of attending to and answering the communications received, as well as sending the information requested from JOENFA S.L..
– If the data are supplied to JOENFA S.L. for the purpose of registering on the site, the data shall be processed for the purpose of managing the registration process on this website, as well as ensuring the management of the account by the user. In their account, the user shall have available a range of services and, in addition, will be able to view their history and order details, discount vouchers, gift list, and personal data.
– If the user is registered, JOENFA S.L. may use their data to send them information related to the service and, in particular, notifications about possible service interruptions, modification of the services, changes to the terms of use, privacy, cookies, and/or purchasing through the site, or others that it is necessary to carry out within the framework of the legal relationship established.
– If the data are supplied for the making of an online purchase, the data shall be processed to manage that purchase, which includes authenticating the user’s identity, processing their order, collecting payment, and delivering the product, managing warranties, returns, and the right of withdrawal, customer service, discount vouchers, as well as any purposes derived directly or indirectly from the making of an online purchase through the website, all without prejudice to the fact that this information shall be indicated specifically in the Particular Contracting Terms and in the data-request forms used for such purposes.
– In those cases in which the user expressly accepts that they wish to receive commercial communications relating to the products and services marketed by JOENFA S.L., as well as those products and services marketed by its partners in relation to the following sectors of activity – furniture and decoration – their data shall be processed to manage the sending thereof, as well as the possible revocation of the user’s consent, objection to processing, unsubscription, or exclusion from the sending of advertising communications and from the service. For the latter purpose, JOENFA S.L. may carry out the processing of the minimum essential data of the user in order to guarantee the cessation or non-receipt of advertising commercial communications when they have so requested.
In accordance with the foregoing, if the user does not agree with the processing of their data by JOENFA S.L., they must refrain from communicating or sending their personal data to JOENFA S.L., browsing the website anonymously or, where applicable, not using the website’s services.
Personal information shall only be used for limited purposes, such as those set out above and/or, without limitation, those which, where applicable, are unequivocally reported prior to the collection and processing of the data subject’s data and constitute legitimate processing by JOENFA S.L..
Within the framework of the provision of the services and content offered through the website, JOENFA S.L. may at some point request personal data from the website user by means of forms or other means. 4. IDENTIFICATION OF THE RECIPIENTS TO WHOM JOENFA S.L. PLANS TO MAKE TRANSFERS OR DISCLOSURES OF DATA
JOENFA S.L. only plans to make transfers or disclosures of data that, pursuant to article 11.2.c of the LOPD, it must make in order to meet its obligations towards the Public Administrations competent in the matter, in the cases so required in accordance with the legislation in force in each matter at each moment and, where applicable, likewise to other bodies such as the State Security Forces and Bodies, Judges, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Courts, the Court of Auditors, or the Ombudsman.

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF INFORMATION
JOENFA S.L. warns the user that this entity is only responsible for and guarantees the confidentiality, security, and processing of the data in accordance with this policy, with respect to the personal data it collects from the user through this website, having no responsibility whatsoever with regard to the processing and subsequent uses of the personal data that may be carried out by third-party information-society service providers who may access such data by reason of the provision of their services or the exercise of their activity.
Third-party information-society service providers shall be understood – without limitation – as those natural or legal persons who provide the following services: (i) Transmission over a communications network of data supplied by the recipients of the service. Likewise, JOENFA S.L. is not responsible for the data processing carried out by third parties who establish hyperlinks with JOENFA S.L., nor for those controllers to whom, through hyperlinks, JOENFA S.L. refers the users of its website.
6. DATA QUALITY
JOENFA S.L. warns the user that, except in the case of a legally constituted representation, no user may use the identity of another person and communicate their personal data; therefore, the user must at all times bear in mind that, if they use email, they may only include personal data corresponding to their own identity and which are adequate, relevant, current, accurate, and true. Likewise, if the user is under eighteen (18) years of age or incapacitated, JOENFA S.L. warns of the need to have the consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives for the communication of their personal data to JOENFA S.L.; therefore, JOENFA S.L. requests that they refrain from using the email service and that they do not register for any JOENFA S.L. service or application.
